30-Day Return Window
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@reliefritual.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened electrode pads and worn compression garments cannot be returned unless defective.
